Exclusive guided tour throughout one of my favorite bodegas and its vineyard. We start between the grapevines, with stunning views and see where the Sherry comes from. Then we explore the wine cellars, where it is aged and where we will also find the fantastic Sherry Vinegar. Finally we enjoy and comment on 5 different Sherry wines, from the pale straw yellow and absolutely dry Fino to the dark and very sweet Pedro Ximénez. All this totally relaxed there between the venerable casks.
